Meet Our Team

Marilu Claridge | CEO

Marilu has over 25 years of working with small businesses to organize their accounting department, improve reporting, establish procedures and accountability. She specializes in systems implementations for small businesses and financial reporting to managers. Marilu has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix. She is working in obtaining her CPA License.

Maria Contreras, CPA | Chief Financial Officer

Maria began her accounting career in 1993. She started as a tax accountant doing tax planning and preparation services for individual, corporate and partnership clients. She was later promoted to controller and then to her current position of CFO. Maria now holds the company checkbook! She is responsible for the company’s financial, budgeting, balancing and accounting functions; she plays a key role holding us all financially accountable. Her experience includes audits and reviews of closely held businesses, non-profits. Maria has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University of Los Angeles.

Ali King, CPA | Director Nonprofit Specialist

Ali has been a practicing for over 7 years. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Chapman University. She has experience in setting up accounting systems to our clients. Ali has extensive experience with several accounting software. She manages primarily nonprofit clients’ accounting needs. In addition, she handles tax preparation for both individuals and nonprofit clients.

Sophie Contreras | Accountant

Sophie has been professionally trained and has more than twenty years of administration, bookkeeping, and accounting work experience. She is responsible, organized, caring, and always keeps a positive attitude. She is the one who helps our clients with payroll processing, bookkeeping, financial statements preparing.

Adriana Dominguez, MBA | Director of Operations

Adriana is a business professional with in-depth knowledge of business administration and has an extensive experience in creating company presentations and projects for clients. She also provides business management services for several nonprofit clients which includes bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable and receivable and many other needs to best serve the clients. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Woodbury University and received her MBA from Pepperdine University.
